The yearbook staff is asking any SENIOR who is an ATHLETE, ARTIST, WRITER, MUSICIAN, ACTOR, CREW etc. to submit A PHOTO OR WRITTEN STATEMENT DESCRIBING OR REPRESENTING your most memorable moment in that role.

 

You may send a picture, written statement or both.  (It  doesn't have to from a high school event.)
