Instructions for Student Self Service Portal

  • Enroll in the Self Service Portal to easily change your password for district devices, instructional applications, and Clever.

    To use the Baldwin Self Service Portal you will need to create an account before a password reset/change is necessary. Follow the steps below to setup your account.

    1. Navigate to the Baldwin Self Service Portal.
    2. Select "Enroll."
    3. Enter your phone number for two-factor authentication when changing your password.
    4. Enter your Baldwin Google account username and password.
    5. Follow the prompts to create three security questions.

    After the setup process is complete you can return to the Baldwin Self Service Portal to reset/change your password.
