MOST RECENTLY COMPLETED AND CURRENTLY UNDERWAY
High School Athletic Complex
We are thrilled to share the latest progress on our field renovation project. The installation of the turf has been successfully completed, marking a significant milestone in our endeavor. Currently, our focus has shifted towards enhancing other crucial components of the field.
One of our major undertakings involves the replacement of the old track. We have embarked on this by meticulously removing the existing rubber and asphalt to make way for a new drainage system. Anticipation is high as we prepare for the upcoming installation of fresh asphalt, followed by the final stage of laying down a rubber track.
Simultaneously, efforts are underway to upgrade the spectator experience. The aging bleachers are undergoing replacement, with keen anticipation for the installation of a modern press box in the weeks ahead. Additionally, we're excited to announce that the new state-of-the-art scoreboard has been erected and is currently undergoing rigorous testing. We eagerly await the final electrical connection to bring it to full functionality.
Collaboration remains a cornerstone of this endeavor, with ongoing coordination between the district, architects, and contractors.
