Hello! My name is Mrs. Laibach. I am so excited to be teaching fifth grade again this year.  I am looking forward to experiencing this journey with your child. I myself am a Baldwin graduate and I truly believe that Baldwin is a wonderful place for children to learn and grow.

         I enjoy playing and watching all types of sports and spend a number of nights and weekends on various fields and courts with my kids. I like reading and love a good movie!  

      I believe that my classroom should be a place where students challenge themselves and feel comfortable to take risks.  It isn't about being right or wrong, it's about putting forth the effort. I believe that all children can learn, just not at the same time and in the same way!! I hope to make learning fun and engaging for your child this year!
