Welcome to the 2023-2024 school year!  This website is designed to share what's happening in the classroom, as well as important resources for you and your child.  I am looking forward to seeing each and every student grow throughout the year.  I love to read and I love to teach students how to become better readers and build their self-confidence to be life-long learners.  This will be a terrific year in second grade!

My goal is to create a positive learning environment and provide students with the education they need to prepare for their futures.  I have great expectations for each child, and I will continue to work diligently throughout the year to help all of my students achieve them.   I look forward to working together to make this year successful and productive.
