Mr. Kemnitzer

Mr. Kemnitzer has been teaching social studies at Baldwin Senior High School since 2006. He earned a BA in Secondary Education and Social Studies from SUNY Plattsburgh and a MA in History from Queens College. Mr. Kemnitzer is passionate about understanding how the past continues to inform our understanding of the present and helping students discover their potential to become knowledgeable, compassionate and empathetic members of a global community. He enjoys spending time outdoors surfing, snowboarding, hiking and camping with his wife Jen and daughters Gabrielle and Mila.
