Baldwin High School prepares students for college and career readiness through a rigorous academic schedule. This is supplemented by four-year Career Academies, a robust school-to-career program, open-enrollment Advanced Placement (AP) courses, and a variety of college-credit courses from accredited universities. In addition to senior internships, students are encouraged to attend the many shadow days and corporate-sponsored conferences offered throughout the school year.
Students are welcomed into high school with the Teen-to-Teen program and ninth grade orientation for students and parents. Families are guided through the college process with Sophomore, Junior and Senior College and Financial Aid Nights. Seniors also have the opportunity to meet college representatives at school visits during the fall and at as several on-site admissions. Also available resources include an annual College and Career Fair and the unique College Connections program, in which alumni return to speak to the high school seniors about college life.
