The Public Information Office (PIO) is responsible for our district's communications. This includes publishing the district newsletter The Baldwin Beat as well as sending current news to the media to promote the accomplishments of students and staff in the Baldwin schools. This office also produces the annual District Calendar Guide and provides information to the public regarding district programs. Additionally, the PIO sends out districtwide and emergency notifications, such as school closings due to inclement weather.
Through the Community Coalition of Baldwin and the many school-community partnership, the PIO acts as a liaison to the community and school-based organizations.
