Character education is an important component of the elementary curriculum in Baldwin.

At Lenox School we use the Project Wisdom program.  Project Wisdom is a collection of daily messages that are rich in history, culture, and literature. These words of wisdom inspire.  The program teaches and encourages reflection on topics such as integrity, respect, confidence, courage and honesty.  It serves as a positive influence by helping to reduce disciplinary problems, promoting a caring learning environment and encouraging students to make wiser choices.  Project Wisdom's one minute announcements will be broadcast school-wide each day.  Ask your child what the message was for each day.  

Parents and other adult relatives are welcomed and encouraged to be special guest readers.
