Hello Parents/Caregivers, Students and Baldwin UFSD family.
Welcome back to the 2019-2020 school year!
I hope you had a fun and relaxing summer! I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself. My name is Mrs. Allison Stockton (Maiden: Cullinan) and I am the Speech-Language Pathologist who will be working with your child/ren at Baldwin Middle School this year. I am so excited to begin our adventure together, and I hope you are too!
My educational background combined with my hands on experience has given me the tools that I need to provide the best therapy services possible. In 2012, I graduated from St. Joseph’s College with a B.A. in General and Special Education (birth-6th) as well as Speech Communication. In 2014, I obtained my M.S. from Touro College in Speech-Language Pathology. In addition, I am trained in PROMPT therapy.
I have experience assessing and treating a variety of speech, language, communication, and swallowing/feeding needs. In my speech therapy sessions, my students and I will be working hard to reach their speech goals! I love to incorporate hands on projects and technology to make our therapy sessions interactive to facilitate an enjoyable learning environment. I promise to make our time together a fun and beneficial experience.
I believe that communication and collaboration is the key to success. I encourage you to contact me if you have any questions and/or concerns. I look forward to our adventure together!
