Baldwin Council Against Drug Abuse

The Baldwin Council Against Drug Abuse (BCADA) is a non-profit organization whose goals is to offer "Better Community Alternatives to Drugs and Alcohol." BCADA offers preventive drug and alcohol education to students in the district schools through research-based curriculum as well as parent and student support groups.
