Canvas: Resources and More

What is Canvas?

Canvas is a learning management system (LMS) that supports online learning and teaching in grades 9-12.

For posting and sharing of assignments and collaborating with each other, the high school will use Canvas instead of Google Classroom. More than 30% of universities and colleges from all over the world currently use this LMS, and thus, our students will be better prepared for their future beyond Baldwin High School. In addition, Canvas is more intuitive and user-friendly than other platforms used for online instruction.

Canvas provides the tools to support online learning in a variety of ways. This can range from structured learning pathways to dynamic, interactive virtual classrooms, discussion boards for asynchronous discussions, and more!

Where to access Canvas?

As with most elearning tools provided by Baldwin UFSD, please sign on to Clever to access Canvas.
