Clever: What Is It and How to Access It

Clever: Baldwin UFSD's Sign Sign-on Portal

What is Clever

Students in K-12 can access an array of instructional technology applications utilized for remote learning through one central location called Clever. Clever is a secure portal/dashboard and offers single sign-on for everyone in the district vs. having to memorize numerous website URLs, usernames, and passwords in order to participate in remote learning.

Once logged in to Clever, students are able to access instructional applications without additional credentials, including Canvas, i-Ready, RAZ kids, Spelling City, Khan Academy, TypingClub, with more applications to be added in the future.

How to Access Clever?

  • A link to Clever is located on the Baldwin UFSD website homepage in the top menu bar and is also located on every school's homepage icons (right side).
  • On the Clever landing page, students (or parents helping students) should select the Google login method to log in to Clever.
  • Most students are aware of their Google credentials. Contact your teacher or counselor for assigned Google credentials.
  • A student’s Google password is the last 5 digits of the student’s eschool student ID.
