Under the School2Career framework, Baldwin Union Free School District offers a variety of opportunities for students to engage in real-world professional experiences and career exploration, starting as early as middle school.  

We have established numerous partnerships with corporations, small businesses, healthcare organizations, Long Island utilities, non-profits, and public officials. Many of these collaborations are open exclusively to our Baldwin students, aiming to create enriching learning experiences that foster "creativity, communication, collaboration, critical thinking, and civic-mindedness." 

Whether it is through our award-winning Academic Academies program, Senior Experience course, work-based learning curriculum, or mentorship opportunities, students will acquire the essential knowledge and skills to thoroughly prepare for their future endeavors.
