Program Overview

Baldwin Union Free School District offers a wide array of Academic Academies, beginning in grade 8 and continuing through grade 12. The Academic Academies take learning to an entirely new level by immersing students into a specific area of study. Education and learning occurs in a technology rich, small school environment, where our students work alongside professionals within a given field.

Pre-Academies at Baldwin Middle School

Eighth grade students at Baldwin Middle School have the opportunity to participate in a large selection of pre-academy classes, which are available during period 9 on a rotating schedule, as an enriching introduction to the Baldwin High School Academic Academy program.
