Specifically, proposition #4 seeks authorization from the community for Baldwin Schools to utilize an amount not to exceed $475,000 from the Technology Reserve Fund to support technology upgrades, including new Chromebooks for 3rd and 8th grade students, accessories such as stylus pens and cases, charging equipment, and updated interactive classroom boards.
Since this expenditure would be made from the reserve funds that already exist, Proposition #4 would be NO additional cost to Baldwin residents or the tax levy.
