Baldwin UFSD's individual school websites provide information about all aspects of school and student life.

For important updates, check the announcements section on each of the school website homepages, while district-wide announcements will be posted to the Important Announcements section. Emergency notifications, such as inclement weather, may also appear as a 'pop-up' message on the website homepage(s), depending on the latest circumstances.

A hard copy of the District Calendar & Directory is sent out in August before the school year begins. A PDF version is also available for download. 

The one-page calendar provides an overview of the days Baldwin UFSD schools are closed due to holidays, breaks, makeup days and Parent/Teacher Conferences.

Through email, text, and phone calls, Baldwin UFSD disseminates information that is of interest to parents, students, and community members, as well as emergency notifications.

Parents and Students

Please make sure your most up-to-date contact information, including a cell phone number and email address, is provided to the Main Office of your child’s school.

If you are NOT receiving messages but your information is up to date, check your spam/junk folder and add noreply@baldwinschools.org to your safe-senders list. Otherwise, contact your child's school to make sure the information on file is accurate. 

Private/Parochial School

If you are a Baldwin resident with a child in a private or parochial school and do NOT receive notifications, check your spam/junk folder and add noreply@baldwinschools.org to your safe-senders list. Otherwise, contact Registration at 516.434.6095 to ensure your contact information is up to date. 

Community Members

If you are a Baldwin resident with no child(ren) currently enrolled in our K-12 school system (including private and parochial), but would like stay informed, please sign up for notifications from the district. To receive text messages, be sure to add a cell phone number.

Many of our events and programs are advertised via flyers posted in the virtual backpacks of each school. Each virtual backpack is located in the For Parents & Students section of your child’s school's site. Please note that the virtual backpack is maintained by each school's administration and thus, should be contacted directly with questions about the contents of this resource.

The eSchool Portal is available to parents of students in grades K-12 and available to students in grades 6-12. The system allows you to view curriculum-related documents including progress reports, report cards, schedules, daily attendance, and transcripts. You can also access teacher's email addresses.
