Mr. Jason White Named New Principal of Baldwin High School@Shubert

Baldwin Union Free School District is pleased to name Mr. Jason R. White as the new principal of Baldwin High School@Shubert, the career and technical program. He brings more than 25 years of experience in education, having previously served as dean at Baldwin High School.

Mr. White joined the Baldwin UFSD in 2003 as a school counselor, beginning a career in the district centered on supporting students, building relationships, and helping young people achieve their goals. During his tenure in Baldwin, he expanded his leadership experience by serving for 10 years as principal of the district’s summer school program. Throughout his career, he has also served as principal of several BOCES Twilight Programs in neighboring school districts, providing him with extensive experience working with students in a variety of educational settings.

As principal of Baldwin High School@Shubert, Mr. White is committed to creating a welcoming school community where students feel valued, connected, and supported while being encouraged to reach their full potential. He believes strong relationships among students, families, staff, and the school community are essential to student success. Mr. White looks forward to leading Baldwin High School@Shubert Shubert with the same commitment to students, relationships, and educational excellence that has guided his work throughout his career.
