District and BFE Acknowledge Those Who’ve Made an Impact
For over 25 years, In Recognition of Excellence has celebrated the meaningful connections between students and teachers that enrich their lives. Funded by a grant from the Baldwin Foundation for Education (BFE), this program honors ten seniors for their significant contributions to their schools and their character. In turn, these seniors select three teachers—one from elementary, middle, and high school—who have inspired them both academically and personally. The students take this opportunity to express their gratitude for the crucial role these teachers have played in shaping them into the remarkable individuals they are today.
