Office for People With Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD)
OPWDD offers an array of services and supports to help people with developmental disabilities live in the home of their choice; find employment and other meaningful activities in which to participate; build relationships in the community, and experience health and wellness. The various levels and combinations of services and supports mean that OPWDD can accommodate the strengths, needs, and preferences of virtually any person with developmental disabilities.
Adult Career and Continuing Education Services-Vocational Rehabilitation (ACCES-VR)
ACCES-VR starts with the presumption that all individuals with disabilities can benefit from vocational rehabilitation services and should have opportunities to work in jobs integrated within their communities. Vocational Rehabilitation Counselors guide individuals through service programs they need to reach their employment goal.

Cohen Children’s Pediatric Behavioral Health Urgent Care Center
The Cohen Children’s Pediatric Behavioral Health Urgent Care Center provides timely access to pediatric mental health services for children and adolescents (age 5-17) presenting in a mental health crisis. The program is designed as an alternative treatment setting for those who need urgent (same day) intervention, but do not necessarily require the services of the emergency room. (If your child does need the emergency room for a mental health issue, they should go straight to the emergency room.)

Molloy College Mental Health and Wellness Center
Molloy College's Mental Health and Wellness Center (MHWC) is affiliated with the College's Clinical Mental Health Counseling Program (CMHC). The MHWC provides affordable, low cost, high-quality psychotherapy services for individuals in our community. Mount Sinai South Nassau Counseling Centers
Located in Baldwin and Hempstead, NY, these outpatient centers offer a wide range of services by more than 45 mental health professionals. Staff includes psychiatrists, psychologists, licensed clinical social workers and activities therapists. Patients can join individual, group and family psychotherapy, and they offer specialized services for depression, anxiety and childhood emotional disorders.

New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH)
OMH mission is to promote the mental health of all New Yorkers, with a particular focus on providing hope and recovery for adults with serious mental illness and children with serious emotional disturbances. They operate psychiatric centers across the State. OMH also regulates, certifies and oversees more than 4,500 programs, operated by local governments and nonprofit agencies. These programs include various inpatient and outpatient programs, emergency, community support, residential and family care programs.
The outpatient program at OCC is designed for men, women, children and their families who are suffering from the debilitating consequences of addiction.
