Driver Education - BHS

  • Driver Education program is professionally taught and provides students with a comprehensive introduction to driving. Students must complete 16 sessions each of in-car and classroom instruction with a passing grade of 65 in both categories. At the end of all 32 sessions (16 car and 16 lectures), students will receive 24 hours each of classroom instruction and in-car driving related to the rules of the road, traffic safety concerns, defensive driving, proper handling of a vehicle, parking, driving in traffic, and problems of substance abuse as related to driving.
