Baldwin High School’s Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) Club Hold Toiletry Drive
More Than 100 Items Collected for Baldwin Public Library’s “The Great Give Back”
Baldwin High School’s Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) club held a toiletry drive to support the “The Great Give Back” organized by Baldwin Public Library. More than 100 unused, unopened toiletries were collected, some of which will be distributed directly to families in the community, while other items will be used to establish the library as a pickup location for those in need. Donated items included soap, shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, deodorant, lotion and hand sanitizer.
FBLA provides students with various opportunities to collaborate, create and build a foundation in career planning, business and beyond. The drive was a way for participating students to collaborate with another community organization while giving back during the holiday season.
